12 Days Kailash Manas Sarovar Itinerary (By Helicopter)

DAY 01: KATHMANDU :
Fly to Kathmandu. Group shall be met and transfer arranged in a 4/5 star hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 02: KATHMANDU :
Visit the holy temples of Pashupatinath, Boudhnath, Shyambhunath and the Krishna temple at Patan. Free time can be utilized for some local sightseeing and shopping. Briefing on the Holy Yatra and final preparations. Overnight stay.

DAY 03: KATHMANDU - NEPALGANJ :
After breakfast fly to Nepalganj . Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 04: NEPALGANJ - SIMIKOT :
Early morning fly to Simikot ( 2921m ) and then from there to Hilsa. Drive to Taklakot. Overnight stay in a Guest House.

DAY 05: TAKLAKOT:
Remain in Taklakot for acclimatization. Overnight stay in a Guest House.

DAY 06: DRIVE TO MANAS SAROVAR :
Drive to Manas Sarovar (4560 m ) . Overnight camp.

DAY 07: FULL DAY EXCURSION TO LAKE MANAS SAROVAR
Full day excursion of Lake Manas Sarovar. Parikrama of the Holy Lake in a jeep. All pilgrims can take a holy dip in the Lake and perform Pooja. Drive to Darchen for an overnight stay in a Guest House.

DAY 08: KAILASH PARIKRAMA :
Kailash Parikrama begins. Trek to Dira-Phuk Monastery. Overnight Camp.

DAY 09: TREK TO ZUTUL - PHUK MONASTERY :
Trek to Zutul-Phuk Monastery. Overnight Camp.

DAY 10: DARCHEN TO TAKLAKOT :
Half-day trek to Darchen and then drive to Taklakot. Overnight stay in a Guest House.

DAY 11: HILSA TO NEPALGANJ :
Drive to Hilsa and then fly to Nepalganj and then take a flight to KTM. Overnight stay in a hotel.

DAY 12: ZUTULPUK- DARCHEN-PARYANG :
Transfer to the airport to fly back home.

• 3 Nights accommodation in Kathmandu in a 4/5 Star Hotel in Kathmandu.
• 1 half day Pashupatinath Darshan and Boudhnath Temple, arrival/departure transfers, charges towards flying to Kathmandu-Nepalganj-Kathmandu and Nepalganj-Simikot-Hilsa -Simikot-Nepalganj.
• 1 night accommodation in Nepalganj on Full Board Basis, Best available lodges/guest houses or tented accommodation with meals in Tibet, Sherpa staff comprising of guide, cook and helpers, camping equipment (2 men tent, mattress, sleeping bags, dining/toilet tents, tables and chairs), freshly cooked full board vegetarian meals during camping.
• 4 WD Japanese Landcruisers, support truck, oxygen and Gamow bag, English speaking Tibetan guide Kailash Permit, China Visa fee.
  

• Expenses for emergency evacuation in case of a natural calamity or personal illness.
• Any expenses of personal nature i.e. telephone, tips, portage etc.
